Employee Matching Grants
Contact your HR department and ask how to access your company’s matching grant program. They will need DER’s EIN, which is 04-2498206
Donor Advised Fund (DAF)*
You can recommend a grant to help fund the work of a specific project by speaking with your DAF representative. A check can be sent to the address above; routing information for an ACH transfer is available by calling (617) 926-0491
IRA Charitable Rollver (Qualified Charitable Distribution or QCD)*
Talk with your financial or legal advisor about tax-friendly options for donation from your IRA if you’re 59½ or older.
Gifts of stocks or securities*
Gifting appreciated stock may offer tax benefits; check with your tax advisor and then call us at (617) 926-0491 for stock transfer instructions.
*For each of these options, please make sure your advisor knows to share the name of the project you wish to support, and your name for appropriate tax acknowledgements/thank yous.
