Anne Mette Jørgensen is a social anthropologist and filmmaker from Denmark. She has done fieldwork in Ghana, Niger and Denmark and she gave her thesis on Jean Rouch, his films, and the dialogical aspects of his methodologies. Editor of Nordic Anthropological Film Association’s international electronic newsletter NAFA-Network together with Berit Madsen and since 1995 a member of the NAFA working committee. Currently, Anne Mette Jørgensen works as the coordinator of projects in Ghana at the National Museum in Denmark.
